Does AKAS implement withdrawal fees or a tax mechanism?
Yes. AKAS adopts a dual structure of "release cycles + income tax" to prevent short-term speculation and malicious arbitrage. When users opt to withdraw Rebase-generated assets, they must set a block release cycle, with different cycles corresponding to varying tax rates: 5 days: 15%; 10 days: 10%; 15 days: 5%; 20 days: 1%. The lower the tax rate, the longer the lock-up period. The protocol guides users toward longer-term holdings through a "time-for-lower-taxes" approach.
