The Referral Leadership Reward is a title-based incentive tied to referral relationships. It offers permanent, non-transferable earnings. Unlike the Resonance Reward, it comes from the "title bonus" in the referral structure, ensuring continuity and uniqueness. Users get a 2% daily cut of the title rewards when they refer someone who advances to any rank (V1–V12). This reward is bound by the real-name referral system and isn't limited to specific generations. The referrer receives 2% of the referee's daily Rebase-derived title rewards.
